I had problems with a piece of equipment. I called the owner that I was going to drop it off to be fixed. I pulled up in the parking lot and he was already looking at it before I got out of my truck. Awesome customer service! 100% satisfied!!

They do not stand behind their products. When you have a problem with a product and you try to work it out the owner he treat you like a complete idiot I have spent thousands of dollars at this store and I will not be spending another penny In this place, definitely price gouges everybody shop your prices and you will see what I see

I had accidentally poked several holes in my garden irrigation tubing. I looked up Watermaster and saw that they had great reviews. When I went there, I saw all these huge irrigation pipes in their yard and I wondered if they would be able to help me with my little problem. I went in and met one of their salesmen, David, and explained my problem. He showed me several options for repairing the tubing and told me the price of the options. He then asked me how much tubing I needed and I said about a foot. He went and cut me a piece of tubing a foot long. Altogether, I was in their store for only five minutes and had what I needed for less than $5. I came home and was able to make the needed repairs. I was very pleased with their service and will certainly return in the future.
